Description

Introducing the Omron 3G3RV-A4075-E Inverter

A robust and versatile solution designed to optimize your industrial applications. This advanced inverter is part of the Omron 3G3RV series, known for its high starting torque and precise speed control, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Advanced Speed Control: The Omron 3G3RV-A4075-E offers open-loop vector control with a speed control accuracy of ±0.2%, ensuring consistent performance across varying load conditions. This feature is particularly beneficial in applications requiring precise speed regulation, such as in textile manufacturing or printing presses.
  • Flexible Input/Output Options: Equipped with two analog inputs, five contact inputs, and two contact outputs, this inverter allows for customizable system configurations. Users can allocate functions freely, enabling the integration of multistep speed references, emergency stops, and other critical functions.
  • Versatile Frequency Reference Inputs: Frequency references can be input via analog signals (voltage or current), a Digital Operator, pulse train signals, or DeviceNet communications, providing flexibility in system integration.
  • Built-in Braking Transistor: Models up to 18.5 kW come with a built-in braking transistor, allowing for powerful braking by simply connecting a braking resistor. This enhances operational safety and efficiency by preventing unwanted motor movement.
  • Protective Functions: The inverter is equipped with high-speed current limiting, stall prevention, and fault retry functions to ensure continuous operation and protect against excessive current. A PTC thermistor built into the motor protects against overheating, ensuring long-term reliability.
  • Communication Capabilities: Supports explicit message communications via PLC for advanced control and monitoring functions, including speed reference specification, forward/reverse commands, and error reading.

Technical Specifications:

  • Max Output Voltage: 3-phase, 200 to 240 VAC (dependent on input voltage)
  • Max Output Frequency: Up to 400 Hz in variable torque applications
  • Power Supply Specifications: Rated voltage of 200 to 240 VAC, with an allowance for voltage fluctuations of -15% to +10% and frequency fluctuations of ±5%
  • Ambient Operating Conditions: Designed for indoor use at temperatures ranging from -10°C to 45°C with a maximum humidity of 90% (without condensation)

Safety and Compatibility:

  • Environmental Compatibility: Suitable for indoor use.
